With over twenty years of operational and consulting experience, I have been responsible for the strategic growth and development of a number of organisations I have worked with, across both the UK and Europe.
I began my career in Global Mobility working for Coopers & Lybrand, being responsible for the complicated tax affairs of expatriates and high net worth individuals. I then moved to Ernst & Young, taking on a role where my corporate progression shifted further into the Human Capital arena. It was here I was exposed to the various aspects of global employment solutions, policy development, benchmarking and restructuring compensation and benefits packages.
As my career evolved I became more involved in the HR needs of each company I worked with. I have always been passionate about people and talent management. The ability to attract, develop and retain the right people can make or break an organisation. Building strong, effective, resilient teams and shaping cultures designed to perform has been a strong focus of mine.
In my spare time I love to keep active, read and write. I coach netball and read with young children at a local primary school. I volunteer for an educational charity providing interview advice and practise to local secondary schools and colleges.
I’m also Chair of Trustees for Flag DV, a charity providing legal advice to victims of domestic abuse.
