Abley Letchford were focused on the long-term growth and development of the organisation. They had exciting plans for the future and understood that people were their strongest asset. They engaged The Red Partnership because they wanted to ensure that they were attracting the right people, retaining them and continuing to get the best from them.
The Red Partnership spent time with each individual within Abley Letchford, getting to know the organisation and working hard to understand the culture as it stood. This provided a candid and open environment for the team to share their thoughts, views and ideas. We analysed the data gathered and provided the Senior Leadership Team with valuable insights into that current culture.
The information gained was vital and enabled The Red Partnership to determine a series of steps that would ensure that all of the Abley Letchford team were working towards the same overall goals. This involved creating a ‘future culture’, looking at the desired behaviours necessary for growth and developing a plan to achieve this.
The next stage of the process was to overhaul the previous performance management process providing a solution that everyone could engage with. During this overhaul we introduced 360-degree feedback to reinforce the openness and accessibility of the culture the directors had originally set out to create when they started the business.
The goals and objectives established gave each team member greater clarity on their roles and the importance of their individual contribution towards Abley Letchford’s success
The process was extremely successful, positively received and has been in place, working well for over 18 months now. The Abley Letchford team continues to grow, going from strength to strength.
In our pursuit of an interim leadership solution to enhance our business operations, we were introduced to Joe Baily through the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce. Over the course of eight months, Joe joined our team on a part-time basis and assumed a pivotal role in leading and collaborating with our team on various critical initiatives. His expertise and guidance were instrumental in aligning our team effectively, positioning us to successfully embark on the next phase of our growth journey.
In addition to his leadership contributions, Joe spearheaded a comprehensive rebranding effort aimed at repositioning our business to target a more specific audience. Under his guidance, the team meticulously planned, designed, built, and launched our revamped brand identity and website, enabling us to effectively target our services to our evolving audience.
